Reservations forms for training or boarding are available via Email upon request. Send an email to us with your name, dog's name, along with dates and we will email you the needed forms. Do not send completed forms via email. Print, fill out, and bring them with you at drop off time.
*Note- Any dog being brought across state line into Missouri will need a Certificate of Veterinary Small Animal Inspection, in addition to current vaccination records.

We have dogs flown in to Kansas City International Airport from all corners of the United States on a regular basis. We occasionally even get dogs from several foreign countries. (All costs and flight arrangements are the responsibility of the owner.) Ask your airline for specific instructions and requirments during cold or hot weather.
*** Veterinarian's small animal Health Certificate, as well as current Rabies and Bordatella vaccination
records, must accompany any dog not originating in Missouri - per USDA requirements. If you are a local owner bring monthly meds and administer them yourself when you visit you dog.
Pick up or delivery service fees to Kansas City International airport/ MCI apply ....currently $35 each way. Long term dogs should have monthly medications taped to their airline crate, or mailed directly to the kennel.
All dogs that are flown out of MCI airport, after training, must be paid in full before shipping out.
Two weeks advance payment is due at time of check in. Payment is then due every 30 days.

Pre-training, initial evaluations are recommended on dogs that will be coming in for training. They can be done at the ages of 4 months, 5 months, and again at 6 months to determine natural skills, pre-work needed, and maturity level, etc, for $20 cash per session which is donated to the Scout fund. These monthly sessions should take no more than 30 to 45 minutes, and are done weekdays, and on Saturday mornings by appointment only.
Training evaluation, both waterfowl and upland,.... $20 cash per each monthly visit.
ALL WEEKEND VISITS MUST BE SCHEDULED IN ADVANCE.
WEEK DAY VISITS REQUIRE AT LEAST ONE DAYS NOTICE.
* If you wish to provide your own brand of dog food, to prevent any potential stomach upset from food changes, make sure that the anticipated normal amount of food is in a plastic storage container/ bucket with a lid, (no plastic trash bags) and that the dogs name and amount to feed is clearly visible from the top and front. We suggest that you use fluorescent duct tape on the lid for dog's name and amount to feed.
* Please note...Due to higher levels of exercise or stress during training, If providing your own brand of food, we require a minimum of 18 percent fat content. Check the ingredients on the back of the food bag for protein and fat content.
OBEDIENCE TRAINING
$135.00 per week. for dogs requiring normal care
* Depending on the individual dog, and taking into consideration any special work that is requested, times will vary as to how long the dog will need to be in training.
* Dogs are worked on: Heel- Sit/ Stay - Here/Come - Down - and Place (time permiting) Voice and whistle commands.
UPLAND DOGS ( Pointers, Setters, Britts, GSPs, etc)
(Boarding, while the dog is being trained, is included at no charge in the cost of training.)
$135.00 Per week for dogs requiring normal care
Cost of birds for dogs in training.
* No charge for Pigeons used. Pigeons are used for 90% of field training which, means a huge savings
to our clients.
* Additional charge for game birds used when we shoot over the dogs at the end of training.
* Quail 5.00 to 7.00 average price.
* Pheasants/ Chukar at current market rate.
* Ducks, if available, at current market rate.
You pay only our bird cost price. No profit is made on the birds that are used for training.
(Bird cost is not included in the monthly training fee, as the amount of birds used will differ from dog to dog.)
WATERFOWL DOGS ( Labs, Chessies, Goldens etc.)
(Boarding, while the dog is being trained, is included at no charge in the cost of training.)

** HARD TO KEEP dogs are dogs that are destructive to pens or kennel equipment, have abnormally dirty waste habits in their pen, (which requires substantially more water, sanitizer, and cleaning time), escape risks, excessive barkers, or dogs that require daily medication. Dogs will be classified normal keep or Hard to Keep at the end of their first week.
